Contributor and Submission Terms
These terms govern material submitted to The Agentic Editor through the submission portal for editorial consideration.

Ownership of your material
Contributors retain ownership of their original submitted material. Submission does not transfer copyright ownership to The Agentic Editor.
The license you grant us
By submitting material, the contributor grants The Agentic Editor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, reproduce, edit, format, publish, display, archive, distribute, and promote accepted material through the publication's website, newsletter, search listings, and official communication channels. This license is non-exclusive, so contributors may use their original material elsewhere unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Our own material
The Agentic Editor retains ownership of its original reporting, editing, headlines, summaries, layout, branding, graphics, and other material created independently by the publication.
Your confirmations when you submit
By submitting material, the contributor confirms that they own the submitted material or possess the authority and permissions required to submit it, and confirms that submitted text, quotations, documents, photographs, logos, and other materials do not violate another party's copyright, privacy, confidentiality, trademark, contractual, or other rights.
Distinguishing facts, opinions, and promotional statements
The contributor must distinguish factual claims, opinions, estimates, projections, and promotional statements. Supporting evidence may be requested for performance, customer, safety, security, financial, investment, adoption, or market claims.
No guarantee of publication
Submission does not guarantee acceptance, publication, favorable coverage, placement, timing, continued availability, traffic, search ranking, or any business result.
Editorial control
The Agentic Editor may edit accepted material for accuracy, clarity, structure, length, accessibility, formatting, and publication style. Materially substantive changes to a contributed article or attributed quotation should be verified with the contributor when reasonably practical. The Agentic Editor may decline, correct, update, archive, or remove material for legitimate editorial, factual, safety, legal, or ethical reasons.
Corrections, withdrawal, and takedown requests
Contributors may request a correction, attribution change, withdrawal, or takedown review by contacting editor@theagenticeditor.com, but removal is not automatically guaranteed after publication.
No payment for editorial consideration
There is no payment to contributors and no payment required for editorial consideration unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise. Paid sponsorship, if ever introduced separately, will not guarantee or influence independent editorial coverage.
Interviews are optional
Phone or video interviews are optional. Written comments and documentation are acceptable.
Confidentiality and embargoes
Submission is not confidential unless The Agentic Editor expressly agrees to confidentiality or an embargo in writing.
